Facilities

Mindful is set in picturesque garden surroundings only 3.5km out of the city. We offer a combination of Theatre Style and Boardroom setups in our three conference rooms. We can also open up two of the rooms to provide a larger space accommodating up to 80 participants. We offer overhead projection and videoconferencing facilities, as well as access to a kitchen for event catering. Please Note:

  • These rates include room hire only. Set up and AV support will need to be provided by booking organisation.
  • If Administration/AV support is required, this will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour.
  • Above rates can be negotiated with Centre Manager at time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy applies – two weeks notice required otherwise 50% cost of booking charged.
