Welcome to Mindful

Mindful Centre for Training and Research in Developmental Health is the state-wide unit responsible for the delivery of postgraduate courses, training programs, professional development and research programs in child and adolescent mental health.

Mindful is jointly auspiced by the University of Melbourne and Monash University and is funded by a Department of Health grant.

The Mindful Friday Forum is a professional development series for professionals from any sector working with children, adolescents and families who wish to increase their knowledge on mental health issues. 

The Mindful Friday Forum is held at Mindful in Flemington and is available via video conference to rural sites.

Developmental Psychiatry Course (DPC) is a one year part time course designed for professionals who aim to develop their knowledge and skills in assessing children, adolescents and families presenting with a variety of social, emotional, behavioural and developmental difficulties.
